Lifetime’s UnREAL is back for its third season, premiering Monday, Feb. 26, at 10 p.m.

The third season comes almost two years since the second season wrapped. Filmed in Vancouver, UnReal’s third season will consist of 10 episodes, while the show’s fourth season will consist of 8.

The new season begins with Quinn (Constance Zimmer) bringing back Rachel (Shiri Appleby) from her self-imposed exile to the set of “Everlasting,” to help manage Serena (played by Rectify’s Caitlin FitzGerald), a Silicon Valley mogul and this season’s “waitress.”

Jeremy (Josh Kelly) is back on set and hoping for Rachel’s forgiveness while Chet (Craig Bierko) has gotten himself a new (and much younger) girlfriend, Crystal (Kassandra Clementi). Jay (Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman) and Madison (Genevieve Buechner) are also back — Jay will even get a boyfriend this season. Graham (Brennan Elliot) is also back (and requires spanks).

Among the contestants vying for Serena’s affection are a Wall Street investment banker, a firefighter, a surfer who also catches Rachel’s eye, a “bad boy” ballet dancer, a (short) jockey, a rancher, an older dude, a chef, and a social media “star.”

I think that enough time may have passed for those who were disappointed with the show’s second season to forget about some of those bad moments. There are even some lines that reference how bad “last season” got, even if the characters are referring to “Everlasting.” I’m not saying the first two episodes of season three make up for season two, but they are off to a good start.

UnREAL airs Mondays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Lifetime Canada.
