GOSSIP GIRL Spoilers

Spotted: disappointed GG fans getting seriously ticked off Monday night. Sorry guys…it’s gonna be like that for a few more weeks. We’ll have to wait until March 2nd for a brand new episode! Here’s a spoiler roundup to keep you occupied until then…

— If that picture is any indicator, Blair (Leighton Meester) and Nate (Chace Crawford) will reunite. Judging by the snowfall, it’s safe to say that it’ll be happening a lot sooner than anticipated. This will ignite a Chuck/Blair/Nate/Vanessa quad. Blair will deal with not being able to go to Yale while Nate will be getting sucked in family expectations, which will be like how he was in the first season, remember how much his parents wanted him to stay with Blair for business reasons? In order to get some green back in his life, Nate will connect with his maternal grandparents and we’ll be introduced to his wealthy cousin Tripp Vanderbilt (played by Aaron Tveit) and his fiancé Maureen (Holley Fain). So maybe Blair & Nate’s reunion will be a farce…until of course they start getting those old feelings back. Bring on the Vanessa/Blair catfight!

— Serena’s socialite pal Poppy Lifton will be coming back…and could it lead to the scandal that will have Blair and Serena reach out to Georgina Sparks (Michelle Trachtenberg)?

— A new male socialite will be Gabriel Serrano. He’ll be in his late 20s and will have an accent. They’re leaning towards someone that is either European, South American or Australian. Gabe should be in at least 5 episodes and will debut towards the end of March.

— For those of you who still care about Dan and Serena…they’ll star in a play together. How 90210 of them…Josh Schwartz, please don’t let it be Spring Awakening of Cleopatra!

— Spin-off news…as previously reported, the series will focus on Lily’s teen years. She’ll move in with her troubled older sister and actress Carol in Los Angeles. Lily will move there after a fight with her parents. Kristen Ritter (previously of Veronica Mars and Gilmore Girls) has been tapped to play Carol while the teenage Lily has yet to be cast. We’ll be introduced to the ‘80s crew during the May 11th episode.
