— Expect things to get worse for Kevin (Emmy-Winner Greg Rikaart) on The Young and the Restless in the upcoming week. After Gloria (Judith Chapman) reveals how horrible Kevin’s father, Terrible Tom, abused him as a child, Clint (James Michael Gregary) and the other captors use that information to torture him so he’ll be headed back into a dark closet. Those horrific memories come flooding back to him and he’ll snap. Kevin will develop Stockholm Syndrome where he’ll begin go to sympathize with his abductors and help them rob a few banks…while wearing a chipmunk mask.
— In other Y&R news, Karen (Nia Peeples) has had enough with Tyra (Eva Marcille) and asks Neil (Kristoff St. John) to fire Tyra from Indigo if he really wants their marriage to work. That’s not all, Karen will also confront Tyra and tells her that she knows about the kiss she shared with her husband and to stay the hell away from him.
— In crazy rumor of the week category, there’s buzz that General Hospital fans should brace themselves for a casting bloodbath. Apparently, Greg Vaughan has been downgraded to recurring as Lucky while other vets Rebecca Herbst (Liz) and Leslie Charleson (Monica) will join him in recurring status as well. Megan Ward (Kate) and Rick Hearst (Ric) may be let go entirely. Meanwhile, fans are outraged that Nathan Parsons (Ethan) has been giving a contract in light of the rumored exits.
— Now for some GH spoilers…Constance Towers is returning as the evil Helena Cassadine; hopefully this means that Rebecca (Natalia Livingston) really is Emily?! Yeah, every week I’ll try to come up with more evidence that Rebecca is a brainwashed Emily. Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) will give Jax (Ingo Radamacher) the incriminating DVD which reveals that Claudia (Sarah Brown) was behind Micheal’s shooting. And this just in: Emma Samms will return for May Sweeps as Holly Sutton…making it obvious that Ethan is her son…now, the question is, who is Ethan’s father? Luke or Robert?
— As reported last week, Don Diamont (ex-Brad, Y&R) is heading to The Bold and the Beautiful; his first airdate as Bill Spencer Jr is May 12th while Joanna Johnson’s two-episode return as Karen Spencer is on April 28th and 29th.
— Spoiler-wise with B&B, expect Ridge (Ron Moss) and Taylor (Hunter Tylo) to kidnap Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) after their daughter continues to see Rick (Kyle Lowder). Donna (Alley Mills) gets arrested after the police find evidence against her regarding setting fire to Rick’s beach house. Brooke is told by both Rick and Stephanie (Susan Flannery) that Ridge always turns to Taylor during hard times. Stephanie vows to Pam that she’ll find out who has framed her and later accuses Marcus (Texas Battle) and Donna (Jennifer Gareis).
— Over at One Life To Live, Micheal (Chris Stack) tells Rex (John-Paul Lavoisier) that Shane (Austin Williams) has leukemia and then has to break the news to Gigi (Farah Fath) and Shane. Cole feels guilty about Matthew’s (Eddie Alderson) condition after his drug-induced car accident. Nora is torn when she has to arrest Cole (Brandon Buddy). Stacy (Crystal Hunt) gets the goods on Roxy (Ilene Kristen)…does she know who Rex’s father is?
— All My Children‘s Ryan (Cameron Mathison) and Kendall (Alicia Minshew) have grief sex after they identify Greenlee’s body (or so they think). Kendall decides to keep it from her husband Zach (Thorsten Kaye). Meanwhile, Zach has his own suspicions and hires Aidan (Aiden Turner) to keep an eye on Ryan. Ryan watches a DVD that Greenlee made for him before her “death”. Thorsten Kaye has just re-upped his contract with the show while Adam Mayfield is joining the series as the new Scott Chandler.
— On Guiding Light, Lizzie (Marcy Rylan) and Bill (Daniel Cosgrove) are reunited while Frank (Frank DiCopoulos) proposes to Natalia (Jessica Leccia). Olivia (Crystal Chappell) blackmails Doris (Orlagh Cassidy) and Daisy (Bonnie Dennison) has a meltdown.
— On As The World Turns, Alison (Marnie Schulenburg) and Jade (Davida Williams) have a heated conversation while Henry (Trent Dawson) throws a wrench in Katie (Terri Colombino), Brad (Austin Peck) and Vienna’s (Ewa Da Cruz) baby plans. Luke (Van Hansis) gets into a car accident which bring Damien (Paolo Seganti) back to town. Parker (Mick Hazen) and Liberty (Meredith Hagner) decide to get married…RIGHT! Because that’s what every 15 year-old wants to do.
— Hayden Panettiere (Heroes; ex-Lizzie, GL) was spotted with Days Of Our Lives star Darin Brooks (Max) at LAX earlier this week. Panettiere recently broke up with her Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia. Meanwhile, Brooks was recently in Montreal filming a new pilot for SpikeTV…hopefully he’ll play a character that doesn’t hook up with his adoptive nieces.
— As for the DAYS spoilers…Mia (Taylor Spreitler) returns to Salem and gets tangled up with Will (Dylan Patton). EJ (James Scott) finds out about baby Grace. Kate (Lauren Koslow) ruses to Las Vegas to stop Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) and Chloe’s (Nadia Bjorlin) wedding…while EJ and Nicole (Arianne Zuker) plan a trip down the aisle as well. Tony (Thaao Penghlis) hints to Nicole that he knows her secret while Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) also vows to make Tony pay…later, Tony ends up murdered.
