Josh Duhamel returns to AMC, Big Brother Comeback, New Superman movie pic and more

— Hello everyone, big appologies for the lack of updates. I was busy building our Comic-Con site a couple of weeks ago and then took some time off to check out Osheaga in Montreal. You can check out my photo gallery featuring Eminem, White Lies, Bright Eyes, Janelle Monae and more here

— Leo Lives! Josh Duhamel returned to All My Children today, but check out Duhamel’s first scenes from 1999 alongside Elizabeth Banks who appeared as a dayplayer (yes, THE Elizabeth Banks). I was never much of an AMC fan, but I must admit that I did end up tuning in from time to time throughout high school because of “Greenleo,” there was something so twisted (a la Cruel Intentions) and sweet about his pairing with Rebecca Budig‘s Greenlee.

All My Children and One Life to Live could be heading to a cable network in addition to the web!

— Kat left us the other week and I’m still not over it. You can listen to the final edition of The TV Casualty Podcast here. In the last episode, Jen joins us and we go over the new fall pilots (and a few midseason picks as well).

— The final episodes (13-20) of Breaking Bad might be spread over two seasons.

— The CW has ordered two additional episodes of 90210 and Gossip Girl next season (bringing the totals up to 24). Meanwhile, Supernatural and Nikita will have one extra episode each. As for our favourite, The Vampire Diaries, the network has explained that it’s hard for them to produce additional episodes of the Thursday night hit due to its “extensive post-production process“.

— So someone is coming back into the Big Brother house. Who do you think it could be? It’s also funny that CBS lists Brendon as a choice for America’s Vote and he’s not even out of the house yet. I think I’d vote for Cassi to come back. She was easy to look at and I we barely saw much of her for that one week she was in the house. I’d also like for her and Daniele to drive Rachel crazy.

— Although I probably already own all the music featured on this U2 box set, I still NEED to get it. It comes with Bono’s sunglasses. Seriously. Not only does Achtung Baby turn 20, but I’ve really been into that album since checking out the 360 Tour last month.

RapCity‘s T-RexXx caught up with Drake at OVO Fest this past weekend in Toronto and spoke to him about how Stevie Wonder will appear on his latest album. The interview airs tonight at 10 p.m. on MuchMusic, but you can check out a sneak peak here.

Kristen Bell‘s new Showtime series, House of Lies, will premiere on January 9th. C’mon TMN! Please announce that you’ll be picking this up!

— Warner Bros. has released the first image of Henry Cavill as Superman. Zack Snyder‘s Man of Steel, which co-stars Amy Adams, Russell Crowe, Diane Lane, Kevin Costner and Laurence Fishburne will hit theatres on June 14, 2013 (so faaar away).
