The regular television season has resumed, here are five things to look out for this week:
Modern Family (Wednesday, January 8 at 9 p.m. on ABC/City)
Phil lands in jail after a white lie. Jay and Gloria throw birthday parties for both Manny and Joe and are later concerned that Manny might be going for girls who are out of his league. Mitch and Cam are in for a rude awakening when they try to book a venue for their wedding.
Real World: Ex-Plosion (Wednesday, January 8 at 10 p.m. on MTV)
MTV gives their veteran reality series a trashy makeover this season. Set in San Francisco, seven single strangers move into the house and then seven weeks later, things take a dramatic turn when producers move their exes in.
Parks & Recreation (Thursday, January 9 at 8:30 p.m. on NBC/City)
It’s Parks & Rec’s 100th episode! Leslie must come to terms with her last day in office and begins planning her future with Ben. Rob and Ann find out the sex of the child while Andy finally returns home from London. Kristen Bell guest stars.
Bitten (Saturday, January 11 at 9 p.m. on Space)
Based on the critically acclaimed series of novels by Kelley Armstrong, the Canadian produced series follows the adventures of 28-year-old Elena Michaels (played by Laura Vandervoort), the world’s only female werewolf.
The 71st Annual Golden Globe Awards (Sunday, January 12 at 8 p.m. on NBC/CTV)
Tina Fey and Amy Poehler return as hosts for this year’s telecast. Check out the nominees here.
