Two houseguests were sent home on last Thursday’s Big Brother. Meg Maley, the 25-year-old from New York City, was the first houseguest to be evicted and was followed by her BFF in the house, James Huling. In our first interview with the night’s evicted houseguests, Meg opens up about who she thinks has played the strongest game and her favourite memory from inside the house.

Who do you think has played the strongest game this season?

I think Austin played the best game in the house so far. He’s playing a very secretive, strategic game. He does’t make big waves but definitely has a say in what happens every week.

Who do you think has played the weakest game this season?

Julia and Liz obviously had to overcome their twin twist but I would really like to see them step up their game instead of riding the wave of Austin’s game.

What was the biggest adjustment for you while being inside the house?

Of course missing my family was the hardest part of being in the house. I’m also used to living in a very fast paced environment. You are forced to slow down and quiet yourself. I’m ready to get back to the big, bad, city life!

Who would you like to see win the game. [Note: At the time of this interview, Meg still thought that James was still in the game.]

How can I not answer James! I really do think that James has had a very good social and competitive game. I’m terrified that all odds are against him right now but I will be cheerleading as hard as I can from the jury house!

What was your favourite memory from your time in the house?

Earlier in the season, we had a BB Prom Night which was by far one of my favourite times. Most of the people were still in the house and we all had dates and colour coordinated our outfits. We even put on a talent show! Only in the Big Brother house can you have nights of pretend and play make believe and still feel like a cool kid!

Big Brother airs Sundays and Wednesdays at 8 p.m. and Thursdays at 9 p.m. on Global and CBS. The 90-minute Big Brother 17 finale airs on September 23rd.
