Much is set to debut the animated “retro-futuristic” 80s cop comedy Moonbeam City this Wednesday, September 16 at 10:30 p.m. ET.

The series is created and produced by Scott Gairdner (Conan) and is inspired by the gritty crime dramas and Art Deco styling of the 1980s.

Moonbeam City will feature the voice talent of Rob Lowe (who also stars on the upcoming The Grinder), Elizabeth Banks (Wet Hot American Summer), Kate Mara (House of Cards) and Will Forte (Last Man on Earth). Guest voices this first season (10 episodes, 30 minutes) include: Kate McKinnon (Saturday Night Live), Catherine O’Hara (Schitt’s Creek), Andy Richter (Conan), Susan Sarandon (The Lovely Bones), Molly Shannon (We Hot American Summer), Paul F. Tompkins (Anchorman), Patrick Warburton (Seinfeld) and Adam West (Batman).

The series will also boast a soundtrack by L.A. synth band Night Club.

Moonbeam City premieres Wednesday, September 16 at 10:30 p.m. on Much, following the season premiere of South Park — day and date as on Comedy Central in the U.S.
