HBO Sets Returns for Girls, Last Week Tonight and Premiere of Crashing

HBO has announced that Lena Dunham’s Girls will return for its final season on Sunday, February 12 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Returning for the sixth season alongside Dunham are Allison Williams (Marnie), Jemima Kirke (Jessa), Zosia Mamet (Shoshanna), Adam Driver (Adam), Alex Karpovsky (Ray), Andrew Rannells (Elijah) and Ebon Moss-Bacharach (Desi).

Also returning on Feb. 12 is the new season of Last Week Tonight with John Oliver at 11 p.m. ET/PT.

HBO will debut a new comedy series on Sunday night, Crashing, which will air at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT. The show is created by and stars Pete Holmes as a standup comic who discovers that his wife has been unfaithful. This causes him to reevaluate his life amidst the New York City comedy scene. The series also stars Artie Lange, Lauren Lapkus and T.J. Miller. In addition to executive producing Girls, Judd Apatow also serves as EP on Crashing. Crashing will have it’s premiere on Sunday, February 19.

Earlier this week, HBO announced second season renewals for Westworld, Divorce and Insecure.
