Fox has announced its lineup for the 2018-2019 television season. The network has resurrected Tim Allen’s Last Man Standing (the series previously aired on ABC for six seasons from 2011 until 2017). Brooklyn Nine-Nine was axed by the network and then revived by NBC last week. Lethal Weapon has been renewed for a third season with Seann William Scott replacing Clayne Crawford).
Gotham has been renewed for a fifth and final season which will debut in midseason, along with Mark-Paul Gosselaar’s new drama The Passage. The Orville will premiere its second season on Dec. 30 and then move into its Thursday slot.
There are currently no plans to bring back The X-Files following Gillian Anderson stating that the recent revival season would be her last as Agent Dana Scully. However, new versions of 24 and Prison Break are in the works.
Jennifer Love Hewitt will step in as a series regular on 9-1-1 while Connie Britton‘s deal ended with season one. She may appear as a guest star in season two.
A decision on comedies LA to Vegas and Ghosted has yet to be made.
