Canadians will have to wait a bit longer to catch the third season of Ava DuVernay’s hit series Queen Sugar. Bravo has yet to confirm an airdate for the new season, which premiered with a two-night special on May 29 and May 30 in the U.S. on OWN.

Update: Sept. 11, 2018 — Bell Media has announced that the third season of Queen Sugar will premiere Wednesday, September 12, at 10 p.m. ET.

In the third season premiere of Queen Sugar, Ralph Angel (Kofi Siriboe) finally learns the truth about his biological connection to Blue (Ethan Hutchison); Charley (Dawn-Lynn Gardner) exposes her hidden plan for Landry Enterprises, while Nova (Rutina Wesley) is propositioned by book publishers.

Queen Sugar also stars Tina Lifford (Violet), Omar Dorsey (Hollywood), Dondre Whitfield (Remy), Bianca Lawson (Darla), Timon Kyle Durrett (Davis) and Nicholas L. Ashe (Micah).
