Denise Richards has joined the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful in the contract role of Shauna Fulton — Flo’s (Katrina Bowden) mother.
Executive producer and head writer Bradley Bell gave the casting exclusive to People magazine, stating: “Shauna is a fun-loving, hard-working single mother from Las Vegas who aspires to live life to its absolute fullest. She heads to Los Angeles when she learns that her daughter Flo, the pride and joy of her life, is entangled in a complicated situation. However, Shauna’s involvement won’t stop there. She’s got a past and big secrets to spill.”
Richards, who also stars on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, began taping on Friday (February 22) and will begin airing on Wednesday, April 3.
More Casting: Big Brother: Celebrity Edition winner Tamar Braxton will guest star on B&B as Chef Chambre and will appear in scenes with Bill and Katie. Braxton is a longtime fan of the series and even named her son Logan, after the Logan family. Tamar’s episode airs on March 28. ICYMI: Matthew Atkinson (ex-Austin, Y&R) has been cast as the new Thomas Forrester and will make his debut on Thursday, March 14.
This week on The Bold and the Beautiful: Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Liam (Scott Clifton) realize that Hope’s (Annika Noelle) situation is dire when she pushes to reunite them as a family on Monday (February 25). Wyatt (Darin Brooks) is on cloud nine, having negotiated the revival of Spectra Fashions with Bill (Don Diamont).
On Tuesday (February 26), Sally (Courtney Hope) and Wyatt share a tender moment while they role-play how to negotiate with Bill. Wracked with guilt, Hope makes a grand gesture that sends Liam and Steffy reeling.
Katie (Heather Tom) is affected when Bill reaffirms that he is dedicated to putting his family first on Wednesday (February 27). Eric (John McCook) and Quinn (Rena Sofer) react to Wyatt and Sally’s news that they are headed to work at Spencer.
On Thursday (February 28), Zoe (Kiara Barnes) calls out Flo (Katrina Bowden) when she spots her working at the Bikini Bar instead of having returned to Las Vegas. Bill throws Wyatt and Sally a curve-ball when it comes to Spectra Fashions.
Flo is shaken on Friday (March 1), when she overhears a conversation between Hope and Katie. Liam turns to Wyatt for brotherly advice about Hope, Steffy, Kelly and Phoebe.
