This week on Days of our Lives: Hope (Kristian Alfonso) sees that Rafe (Galen Gering) has taken off this wedding ring and decides to start divorce proceedings on Monday (May 13). Lani (Sal Stowers) lies to Ciara (Victoria Konefal) to keep Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) away from David. Xander (Paul Telfer) reveals he still has leverage over Nicole (Arianne Zucker) freezing him out.
Sonny (Freddie Smith) and Will (Chandler Massey) are surprised to learn what caused Will’s tutor on Tuesday (May 14). Brady (Eric Martsolf) makes a deal with Xander to get Nicole a divorce. Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) tries to speak with Nicole on Eric’s behalf. Stefan (Brandon Barash) rejects Gabi (Camila Banus).
On Wednesday (May 15), Haley (Thia Megia) and J.J. (Casey Moss) have an emotional moment as they learn her fate. Tripp (Lucas Adams) realizes Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) is in cahoots with Eve (Kassie DePaiva). J.J. attacks Jack (Matthew Ashford), who tries to reach out to him. Rafe gets divorce papers from Hope.
The mayoral election results are announced on Thursday (May 16), and there is a surprising winner. Hope is fired. Ciara comforts a devastated Claire. Melinda (Laura Kai Chen) drops a bombshell on Haley.
J.J. and Haley go on the run on Friday (May 17). Xander makes the moves on Sarah. Nicole rips into Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin). A stunning secret is revealed!
