The Handmaid’s Tale third season will premiere in Canada on Sunday, June 9 at 9 p.m. ET with a 2-hour premiere on Bravo.
Season three of The Handmaid’s Tale will be driven by June’s (Elizabeth Moss) resistance to the dystopian regime of Gilead and her struggle to strike back against overwhelming odds. Expect startling reunions, betrayals, and a journey to the terrifying heart of Gilead force all characters to take a stand, guided by one defiant prayer: “Blessed be the fight.”
Joining Moss for the new season are Joseph Fiennes, Yvonne Strahovski, Samira Wiley, Alexis Bledel, Ann Dowd, Max Minghella, Madeline Brewer, O-T Fagbenle, Amanda Brugel and Bradley Whitford. The Toronto-shot series premiered its new season (which will consist of 13 episodes) earlier this week in the U.S. on streaming platform Hulu.
The Handmaid’s Tale joins Bravo’s summer programming lineup which also includes Animal Kingdom, Queen Sugar (premieres June 20), Claws (premieres June 23), and Suits (premieres July 17). Bell Media has announced that Bravo will rebrand as CTV Drama this September.
