Saturday Night Live kicks off its 45th season on Saturday, September 28, 2019.
Zombieland: Double Tap star Woodie Harrelson will host the season premiere while Billie Eilish will serve as the musical guest.

Recent Emmy-winner and Fleabag’s Phoebe Waller-Bridge will host the October 5 episode with musical guest Taylor Swift. Stranger Things star David Harbour will host on October 12 while Camila Cabello is set to perform.
Additional hosts for later this season include Charlies Angel’s reboot star Kristen Stewart on November 2 while former cast member Eddie Murphy will host on December 21.
Leslie Jones will not return for SNL’s 45th season. Michael Che and Colin Jost return as “Weekend Update” anchors while Heidi Gardner and Chris Redd have been upgraded to repertory status. Joining the series as featured players are Chloe Fineman and Bowen Yang, joining Ego Nwodim. Also a staff writer, Yang previously appeared as Kim Jong-Un last season alongside host Sandra Oh.
Returning cast members include Beck Bennett, Aidy Bryant, Pete Davidson, Mikey Day, Kate McKinnon, Alex Moffat, Kyle Mooney, Cecily Strong, Kenan Thompson and Melissa Villaseñor.Â
