Production of Coronation Street has shut down in Manchester in an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19. ITV has adjusted its broadcast and will only air 3 episodes in the UK beginning March 30. CBC has decided to follow the same model and will begin only broadcasting 3 episodes a week instead of 6.
Monday (April 6): Yasmeen tries in vain to get hold of Geoff. Gemma joins Imogen and Vanessa for lunch. Gail persuades Nick to give her a few hours of work.
Tuesday (April 7): Claudia helps Evelyn with her hair and makeup. See offers to buy Alina a drink. Geoff secretly phones the escort agency. Gemma is overwhelmed.
Wednesday (April 8): Tyrone resolves to give Arthur a piece of his mind. David implores Clayton to leave Shona alone. Alya begs Yasmeen to find out the truth about Geoff.
