Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) and Xander’s (Paul Telfer) wedding begins. Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) and Steve (Stephen Nichols) have an emotional breakthrough. Marlena (Deidre Hall) and John (Drake Hogestyn) intervene on Kristen’s (Stacey Haiduk) behalf.
On Tuesday (April 14), Sarah blasts Xander for his deception. Nicole comforts Eric as he mourns the loss of his baby. Brady tells Kristen the stunning news about Rachel. Kayla informs Steve that she is with Justin (Wally Kurth) now.
Eric confronts Xander about the baby switch on Wednesday (April 15). Sarah makes a shocking decision! Jack (Matthew Ashford) encourages Steve to fight for Kayla. Will (Chandler Massey) and Sonny (Freddie Smith) discuss expanding their family.

John breaks the news to Marlena about Orpheus (George DelHoyo) on Friday (April 17). Rafe and Orpheus face-off over David. Justin informs Steve that he will fight for Kayla. Kayla is torn between Justin and Steve.
