The nominations for the 47th annual Daytime Emmy Awards were announced today (May 21) on The Talk with General Hospital leading out the daytime drama nominations with 23, ediging out Days of our Lives’ 22 nominations and The Young and the Restless’ 21. The Bold and the Beautiful meanwhile, was nominated for 13.
The ceremony returns to television this year as CBS will be broadcasting a two-hour live virtual event on Friday, June 26, at 8 p.m. ET/PT, and will feature appearances by winners and special guests.
