Corus Entertainment has announced that the ninth season of Big Brother Canada will premiere on Wednesday, March 3 at 7 p.m. on Global.
The eighth season ended abruptly last year at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. This new season will have houseguests “discover a post-apocalyptic world where the abandoned house lies in waiting. The fearless houseguests must rise to conquer unexpected twists and survive extraordinary challenges as they attempt to write their own story and take the title as winner of Big Brother Canada season 9.”
Global TV will announce this year’s houseguests closer to the premiere.
Hosted by Arisa Cox (who is now also one of the executive producers), Big Brother Canada will air three nights a week: Mondays at 9 p.m. ET/PT, Wednesdays at 7 p.m. ET/PT, and Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
Big Brother Canada will also be stream live and on demand with the Global TV App, BigBrotherCanada.ca and Amazon Prime Video’s STACKTV.
