Bravo’s reality series featuring an all-Indian cast is set to return as Family Karma will premiere its second season this Wednesday, June 2 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Slice in Canada. Canadians will also be able to stream the series on hayu beginning Thursday, June 3.
With traditional parents and grandparents in two, the second season of Family Karma explores the personal journeys of nine young Indian American friends trying to navigate life, friendship, careers, and family with new cast members Dillon Patel and Rish Karam joining Anisha Ramakrishna, Amrit Kapai, Bali Chainani, Brian Benni, Monica Vaswani, Shaan Patel, and Vishal Parvani.
The new season will find Vishal and Richa once again at a standstill with Vishal struggling to handle his evolving relationship – could his behaviour cost him to lose the love of his life?
Meanwhile, Anisha makes an important decision for her future which breaks family and cultural tradition – but hopes that her family will respect her choice and support her.
Brian is finally over his childhood best friend, Monica, and has found the love with a new woman… who also happens to be named Monica! As for Monica #1, now that she and Brian are officially in the friend-zone, her love life is red hot with another childhood sweetheart, Rish. As their romance gets more serious, so does her desire to bring her estranged parents together.
Bali continues to balance being a mother to her 19-year-old daughter and a friend to all as she jumps between hanging out with the Aunties and their kids. Bali’s relationship with O’Malley continues to blossom.
Amrit and his boyfriend Nicholas now have their owns pace in Miami and are looking forward to building a life together, but before Amrit can truly settle down, he’ll need the blessing of the family matriarch.
As his girlfriend finishes law school, Shaan is feeling the pressure to get married and have kids. Shaan’s younger brother Dillon – who also happens to be Anisha’s BFF – returns to Miami and begins to stir the pot with some interesting rumours that rub the group the wrong way.
Family Karma airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Slice and streams Thursdays on hayu.
