This week on General Hospital, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) reunites with her father as William Moses (Falcon Crest) assumes the role of Dr. Jeff Webber while Denise Crosby (Star Trek: The Next Generation) will portray Elizabeth’s mother, Carolyn.
