Pulse

Following the personal and professional lives of doctors and staff at a busy Miami trauma centre starring Justina Machado, Jack Bannon, Jessie T. Usher, and Jessy Yates.

All 10 episodes of the first season of Pulse premieres on Thursday, April 3 on Netflix.

Dying for Sex

When Michelle Williams’ Molly is diagnosed with a metastatic breast cancer, she abandons her husband of 15 years and begins to fully explore her sexuality.  Jenny Slate, Rob Delaney, and Jay Duplass also star.

All eight episodes Dying for Sex will premiere on Friday, April 4 on Disney+ in Canada.

The Handmaid’s Tale

June’s (Elizabeth Moss) unyielding spririt and determination pulls her back into the fight to take down Gilead. Luke (O-T Fagbenle) and Moira (Samira Wiley) join the resistance. Serena (Yvonne Strahovski) tries to reform Gilead while Commander Lawrence (Bradley Whitford) and Aunt Lydia (Ann Dowd) reckon with what they have wrought. Nick (Max Minghella) faces challenging tests of character.

The sixth and final season of The Handmaid’s Tale premieres Tuesday, April 8 on Crave in Canada with new episodes dropping each Tuesday.

Hacks

Tensions rise as Deborah (Jean Smart) and Ava (Hannah Binder) endeavor to get their late night show off the ground and make history doing it.

The fourth season of Hacks premieres on Thursday, April 10 at 9 p.m. ET with two episodes. New episodes continue to stream each Thursday at 9 p.m. ET.

Black Mirror

The satirical anthology series returns with six brand new episodes, including a sequel to the sci-fi adventure “USS Callister.”

Netflix’s Black Mirror returns for its seventh season on Thursday, April 10.

Your Friends and Neighbors

Jon Hamm stars as a hedge fund manager who resorts to burglary after losing his job – targeting wealthy neighbours to maintain his family’s lifestyle, but makes a fateful error breaking into the wrong home.

The 10-episode series also stars Amanda Peet and Olivia Munn. Your Friends and Neighbors premieres on Friday, April 11 on Apple TV+.

Late Bloomer

Jasmeet Raina’s Late Bloomer returns for its second season on Friday, April 11 where a turban-wearing millennial continues struggling to find his place in life while balancing Eastern roots with Western ideals.

New episodes continue to stream each Friday.

Doctor Who

The Doctor (Ncuti Gatwa) meets Belinda Chandra (Varada Sethu) and begins an epic quest to get her back to her but a mysterious force is stopping their return and the time-travelling TARDIS team must face great dangers, bigger enemies, and wider terrors than ever before.

The new season of Doctor Who premieres on Thursday, April 12 on Disney+ in Canada.

The Last of Us

Five years after the events of the first season, Joel (Pedro Pascal) and Ellie (Bella Ramsey) are drawn into conflict with each other and world even more dangerous and unpredictable than the one they left behind.

The Last of Us returns for its second season on Sunday, April 13 at 9 p.m. ET with new episodes continuing to air and stream each Sunday at 9 p.m. ET.

The Valley

After a rollercoaster first season, things pick up where they left off and chaos ensues as the group deals with the fallout of long-term relationships dissolving, the rumour mill continuing to run and friendships fracturing, possibly beyond repair – including Jax Taylor checking into a mental health facility, Brittany Cartwright rediscovering herself, Kristen Doute and Luke Broderick sharing a new home, and Jesse Lally and Michelle Saniei’s divorce.

Familiar faces popping up from Vanderpump Rules include Lala Kent, Tom Schwartz, Sheana Shay, and Brock Davies. Premieres Tuesday, April 15 on Hayu and Bravo.

The Carters: Hurts to Love You

This two-part documentary about Nick and Aaron Carter is told by Aaron’s twin sister, Angel Carter, who unpacks the complicated family dynamics that led to the untimely deaths of three of the original five Carter kids, as well as their father.

The Carters: Hurts to Love You will also feature interviews with Melissa Joan Hart and Scout Willis and will premiere on Tuesday, April 15 on Paramount+.

Towards Zero

In Agatha Christie’s Towards Zero, Inspector Leach probes the killing of a widow in Gull’s Point. Stars Matthew Rhys, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, Ella Lily Hyland, Anjana Vasan, and Anjelica Huston.

Agatha Christie’s Towards Zero premieres Wednesday, April 16 on BritBox in Canada with episode two dropping on April 17 and episode three dropping on April 18.

Ransom Canyon

Josh Duhamel and Minka Kelly star in this new romance-fueled family drama / contemporary western saga that charts the intersecting lives and loves of three ranching families in Texas.

All ten episodes of Ransom Canyon premiere on Thursday, April 17 on Netflix.

The Rehearsal

Nathan Fielder’s journey to reduce the uncertainties of everyday life returns for a second season beginning Sunday, April 20 at 10:30 p.m. ET on Crave in Canada.

New episodes of the six-episode second season of The Rehearsal will air and stream each Sunday at 10:30 p.m. ET.

Andor

Andor’s second season takes places as the horizon of war draws near and Cassian (Diego Luna) becomes a key player in the Rebel Alliance. Everyone will be tested, as the stakes rise, the betrayals, sacrifices and conflicting agendas will become profound.

Andor returns on Tuesday, April 22 on Disney+ in Canada with three episodes.New episodes stream each Tuesday.

The Cleaner

Wicky (Greg Davies), the crime-scene cleaner, is back for a third season encountering even stranger people and messier situations in The Cleaner.

The third season of The Cleaner begins streaming Wednesday, April 23 on BritBox in Canada with two episodes. New episodes will stream weekly.

Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley) returns to New York to enjoy his happily ever after… until his perfect life is threatened by the ghosts of his past and his own dark desires.

The fifth and final season of You premieres Thursday, April 24 on Netflix.

Vanderpump Villa

Lisa Vanderpump’s reality series moves to Castello Rosato, a 12th century castle in Italy, with new and returning staff facing soaring stakes, with one standout earning a $30,000 bonus. Stassi Schroeder of Vanderpump Rules joins the cast.

The second season of Vanderpump Villa premieres on Thursday, April 24 on Disney+ in Canada.

Étoile


In a new series from Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino, the dancers and artistic staff of two world-renowned ballet companies embark on an ambitious gambit to save their stories institutions by swapping their most talented stars.

Étoile stars Luke Kirby, Charlotte Gainsbourg, and Yanic Truesdale and will premiere on Thursday, April 24 on Prime Video. The series has already been renewed for a second season.

Nine Bodies in a Mexican Morgue

Nine strangers who find themselves lost in a remote Mexican jungle after their small plane crashes. Stars Eric McCormack, Adam Long, and Siobhàn McSweeney.
