Stranger Things Season 2 to Debut on Halloween

In a new trailer that made its debut during last night’s (Feb. 5) Super Bowl, it was announced that Netflix’s Stranger Things will premiere its second season on Halloween.

The ad featured footage from a class Eggo waffles commercial that debuted in 1979 and aired in the ‘80s. The only info from Netflix regarding the season two debut on Oct. 31, is as follows: “A year after Will’s return, everything seems back to normal… but a darkness lurks just beneath the surface, threatening all of Hawkins.”
