South Park Returns with Season 27 on Paramount+ in Canada
The 27th season premiere of South Park is now streaming on Paramount+ in Canada.
The episode titled “Sermon on the ‘Mount,” premiered on Comedy Central in the U.S. last night (July 23) after being delayed for a couple of weeks.
Already “a cultural moment of the summer,” the episode was praised by fans and critics online following its premiere — which skewers T*ump and marks the return of Saddam Hussein’s former lover, Satan.
Show creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker finalized a new deal with the streaming giant earlier this week.
Canadian fans can expect new episodes to be available each Thursday morning on Paramount+ following the Wednesday night U.S. premiere on Comedy Central.
Previous seasons initially premiered on Much in Canada with a series of specials dropping on Paramount+ in recent years. The full series and specials are also available to stream on Paramount+ in Canada.
