Des Debuts on Sundance Now

Three-part British series Des finally arrives for Canadian and American audiences as it is now available on streaming platform Sundance Now.

The true-crime limited series stars David Tennant (Broadchurch, Doctor Who) as Dennis Nilsen, one of Britain’s most notorious serial killers who was also known as the “kindly killer.”

Des will dive deep into one of the UK’s biggest manhunt investigations and will be told from three perspectives – Detective Peter Jay (played by Daniel Mays), biographer Brain Masters (Jason Watkins) and Nilsen himself (Tennant).

ITV broadcast all three episodes this past September in the UK. Sundance Now will stream an episode each Thursday, beginning Oct. 15.
