Bold and the Beautiful Character Crosses Over!
As previously teased, Courtney Hope has joined the cast of The Young and the Restless – the soap has now revealed that Hope will be crossing over as her Bold and the Beautiful character Sally Spectra! “We really enjoyed Courtney’s work on The Bold and the Beautiful,” said Josh Griffith, co-executive producer and head writer of Y&R. “Sally Spectra is a colourful character that fans love watching. We are excited for her to stir things up in Genoa City and join our talented cast.”
Hope last appeared on B&B this past summer after Sally faked an illness to trap Wyatt (Darin Brooks). Look for Sally to arrive in GC for a fresh start, while trying to keep her past a secret. Sally will have a surprising agenda and will share surprising connections to key players, including Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman), who was close with her namesake (played by the late Darlene Conley) during her time in Los Angeles.
The actress began taping on the Y&R set this past week and will first air (in Canada) on Monday, Nov. 2.
