Corus Entertainment has confirmed to The TV Watercooler that the Peacock original movie, Days of our Lives: A Very Salem Christmas will stream on STACKTV in Canada on Thursday, December 16, the same day the holiday special becomes available in the U.S.
Days of our Lives: A Very Salem Christmas will follow Will Horton (Chandler Massey) as he writes a screenplay before his Christmas Eve deadline. Using everyone’s feel-good holiday movie tropes, he creates a festive story based on his family and friends in Salem – but with several twists and turns you’ll never see coming.
The special was announced by Eileen Davidson as she made a surprise appearance at a Peacock event in Malibu on Monday, Nov. 15. Davidson, who reprised the role of Kristen on Days of our Lives: Beyond Salem and most recently on DAYS (as “Evil Kristen”) the week of Nov. 15, will also appear in the Christmas special as Kristen in Will’s story.
Additional cast members will be announced leading up to the release, however, it is expected that Lindsay Arnold (Allie) and Carson Boatman (Johnny) will appear alongside Davidson and Massey thanks to a photo that was released.
