General Hospital star Sydney Mikayla has decided exit the role of Trina Robinson to focus on her studies at UCLA.
The actress shared to Soap Opera Digest, “I have loved working on General Hospital, but I feel like this is the right time to dive in and enjoy my college experience to the fullest. The cast has become family and bringing the character of Trina to life has been one of the best experiences of my career this far.” To read more of Mikayla’s statement, click here.
Mikayla’s final episode is slated for Thursday, March 17. GH has tapped Tabyana Ali as the new Trina and will begin appearing later this March.
