In Kenya Barris’ You People, families and cultures clash when two L.A. millennials from different backgrounds fall in love and face the ultimate relationship test: meeting the parents. The film stars Eddie Murphy, Jonah Hill, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Lauren London, Nia Long, and David Duchovny. Begins streaming on Friday, Jan. 27 on Netflix.
Jennifer Lopez and Josh Duhamel gather their loveable-but-very-opiniated families for the ultimate destination wedding in Shotgun Wedding. Supporting cast members include Jennifer Coolidge, Cheech Marin, D’Arcy Carden, Desmin Borges, and Lenny Kravitz. Begins streaming on Friday, Jan. 27 on Prime Video.
Starring Harrison Ford and Jason Segel, Shrinking follows a grieving therapist who starts to break the rules and tell his clients exactly what he thinks. Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge, tumultuous changes to people’s lives…including his own. Ted Lasso’s Bill Lawrence and Brett Goldstein serve as executive producers and writers alongside Segel. The series premieres on Friday, Jan. 27 on AppleTV+.
