Afterwards, Chad informs Paulina on what happened. Jada (Elia Cantu) runs into Eric and congratulates him on the baby. After offering support to Stephanie, Steve (Stephen Nichols) visits Jada on the anniversary of Marcus’ death.

Brady (Eric Martsolf) almost catches Theresa (Emily O’Brien) disposing of the hoodie she wore when she “kidnapped” baby Victoria. They argue about the paperwork he wants to supply to potentially re-enroll Tate (Jamie Martin Mann) in boarding school. Theresa and Alex talk about their perspective upbringings. Chad surprises Everett (Blake Berris) when he shows up at the Spectator offices an they eventually have a bit of a rapprochement. Stephanie and Jada do some day-drinking together. Jada is about to show Stephanie a picture of her ex when Harris comes through.
