FAN EXPO Canada returns this August 21-24, 2025, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, bringing together fans of pop culture, fantasy, horror, sci-fi, gaming, comics, anime, and cosplay.
The TV Watercooler has a roundup of the five things we’re looking forward to checking out at this year’s event.

Activations: Disney+, Paramount+, Warner Bros.
- The Disney+ Throwback Experience is a totally rad blast from the past, loaded with all the best shows and movies from the ’90s and 2000s. Get ready to relive your childhood with everything from animated classics to early 2000s sitcoms.
But the trip down memory lane doesn’t stop there. Leave the comfort of the past and step into the mysterious and highly classified wreckage site of the USCSS Maginot from Alien: Earth. Can you survive the secrets lurking in the shadows?
Then, if you make it out alive, see through the mist and into the fantastical world of the Percy Jackson Experience, where demigods and mythical creatures await.
Ready to dive in? - Get ready, horror fans! To celebrate the theatrical release of The Conjuring: Last Rites, Warner Bros. is unleashing a terrifying new experience: Reflections of Evil.
This 60-foot, pulse-pounding mirror maze is inspired by the thrilling new chapter in the iconic Conjuring cinematic universe. But before you step into the shadowy corridors filled with sinister reflections, a priest will bless you to protect you from the evil lurking within.
If you survive the maze, you can celebrate your courage with a commemorative photo and an exclusive keepsake. The Conjuring: Last Rites hits theatres on September 5. - Paramount+ is once again inviting you on an epic journey to the top with Adventure to the Peak! This immersive 4D experience, guided by their very own Goat, will transport you through the incredible worlds of Yellowstone, SpongeBob, Dexter, and more.
