Upfronts: Global picks up Ringer, The Office to air early

Global has announced its acquisitions for the 2011 Fall schedule. They’ve picked up Parenthood and Harry’s Law from Citytv and it looks like they’ve dropped 90210. Sarah Michelle Gellar’s Ringer will air on Global, but on Friday night at 10 p.m. (probably in post-release). Also airing post-release is Fox’s I Hate My Teenage Daughter which will be paired with the Fran Drescher’s TV Land series, Happily Divorced. They’ll also air The Good Wife an hour later than CBS due to the “animation domination,” but it’ll be good in case Desperate Housewives fans also watch Good Wife.
