The Mindy Project’s fifth season is set to premiere on Thursday, October 27 at 8pm on City in Canada.
Hulu renewed Mindy Kaling’s comedy series last spring for a fifth season consisting of 16 episodes, which premiered on the U.S. streaming service on October 4.
The premiere kicks off when Mindy is caught in a love triangle between her business partner Jody (Garret Dillahunt) and the father of her child, Danny (Chris Messina). Look for tension to rise between the nurses and the doctors at the practice.
How to Make It in America and One Tree Hill fave Bryan Greenberg joins the series in a recurring role as a nurse named Ben beginning in the season’s second episode. Other guest stars in early episodes include Nasim Pedrad and Nate Burkus.
