Production of Coronation Street was previously shut down in Manchester in an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19 with . ITV has adjusted their broadcast and will only air 3 episodes in the UK beginning March 30. CBC has decided to follow the same model and will begin only broadcasting 3 episodes a week instead of 6. Production of Coronation Street is expected to resume shortly.

Monday (June 8)

Gemma talks candidly to the support group about her nightmares. David admits that he gets a rush from taking stupid risks. Steve and Leanne worry as Oliver receives further tests.

Tuesday (June 9)

Steve and Leanne keep vigil at Oliver’s bedside. Tyrone finds Arthur and Evelyn enjoying breakfast together. Gemma decides to record a vlog.

Wednesday (June 10)

James comes to a decision about his football career. Ed’s had enough of Don’s racist remarks. Dev shares his own experiences at the hands of racists with Ed and Aggie.

Coming up on Coronation Street in Canada during the week of June 15:

  • Shona visits Clayton in prison and doesn’t recognize him.
  • Leanne refuses to believe the doctor.
  • Alya visits Yasmeen in prison.
