Prime Video’s highly anticipated musical-drama series Daisy Jones & The Six premieres Friday, March 3.
The series is based on the New York Times best-selling fictional novel of the same name and follows the story of the iconic 1970s rock band, fronted by two feuding yet charismatic lead singers, Daisy Jones and Billy Dunne – Riley Keough and Sam Claflin.
Daisy and Billy are drawn together by personal and artistic chemistry with their complicated musical partnership catapulting their band from obscurity to unbelievable fame. Following a sold-out show at Chicago’s Soldier Field, the band suddenly calls it quits. Decades later, the band members finally agree to reveal the truth.
Featuring a soundtrack of original music, Daisy Jones & The Six reveals the story of how an iconic band imploded at the height of its powers.
In addition to Keough and Claflin, the series also stars Camila Morrone (as Camille Dunne), Will Harrison (as Graham Dunne), Suki Waterhouse (as Karen Sirko), Josh Whitehouse (as Eddie Roundtree), Sebastian Chacon (as Warren Rojas), Nabiyah Be (as Simone Jackson), and Tom Wright (as Teddy Price). Timothy Olyphant will also be making a special appearance as Rod Reyes.
New Daisy Jones & The Six episodes will stream each Friday, following the March 3 premiere, and conclude on March 24.
