Saturday Night Live and Real Time with Bill Maher are back this weekend after a short hiatus following the holidays. You can also catch the first two episodes of Death and Other Details, which premiered earlier this week.

Real Time with Bill Maher is back for its 22nd season on Friday, Jan. 19 with a one-on-one interview with U.S. Gov. Gavin Newsom and panellists Andrew Sullivan, and Ari Melber. Airs at 10 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 19 on HBO, and streams the following day on Crave.

Saturday Night Live

Saturday Night Live is back this Saturday, Jan. 20, for its first outing of the new year with host Jacob Elordi (Saltburn, Priscilla) and musical guest Reneé Rapp (Mean Girls). SNL airs Saturday at 11:30 p.m. ET on Global/NBC and streams on GlobalTV.com, the Global TV app and STACKTV.

The Woman in the Wall


U.K. series The Woman in the Wall is now streaming on Paramount+ in Canada. Ruth Wilson stars as Lorna Brady, who awakes to discover a corpse in her home and no recollection of how it go there – or if she’s responsible. Lorna, who is a survivor of the infamous Magdalene Laundries, has been plagued for years by bouts of sleepwalking and haunted by vivid flashbacks of her time there. Daryl McCormick (Bad Sisters) co-stars as Detective Colman Akande who arrives to investigate the seemingly unrelated murder of a priest.

Colin from Accounts

Australian series created and starring Patrick Brammall (Evil) and Harriet Dyer (American Auto), Colin from Accounts is about two sort-of single people who are brought together by a car accident and an injured dog. All eight episodes of the first season are now streaming on CBC Gem.
