Paul Rudd and Jason Segel were in town last Thursday to promote their new film I Love You, Man and hit up Virgin Radio, The Hour, MTV Live and MuchOnDemand. The movie hits theatres March 20th.
I was able to check out their MTV Live stop that afternoon and it was pretty awesome. You can watch it here. The MTV Live and MOD appearances aired on Thursday. The only downside was that Darryn Jones and Nicole Holness didn’t really talk to Jason about How I Met Your Mother.
Paul and Jason arrived a little late…Probably because they got held up a little longer at The Hour. Their interview with George Stroumboulopoulos airs tonight at 8pm on CBC Newsworld and 11pm on CBC.
I was really impressed they got Alex Lifeson from Rush to talk to them on the phone while they were on MOD with Leah Miller. Jason and Paul covered Rush’s “Limelight” for the movie’s soundtrack. Listen to the track here. You can also check out the entire interview here.
