— Online chatter suggests that Vanessa Marcil and General Hospital may have reached a deal to bring her back to the soap as Brenda Barrett (with a one year contract). Why am I convinced it could be for real this time? Probably because it’s been a really slow soap news week and I’ll believe anything at this point.

— Here’s your first look (via Ausiello) of Will Arnett’s visit to Parks & Recreation on Jan. 14th. Arnett will play an MRI technician who takes Leslie (Arnett’s real-life wife Amy Poehler) out on a date. Justin Theroux will also appear in this episode.
