Amy Ryan returns to The Office as Holly Flax during the hour-long Christmas episode (penned by Mindy Kaling and directed by Rainn Wilson). When Toby has to go serve on jury duty (due to the Scranton Strangler), Jo (Kathy Bates) brings back Holly. Although she’s in a committed relationship, Michael will still be after her. Dave Annable’s real-life fiancée has been cast as his new love interest on Brothers & Sisters. Odette Yustman will appear as a nurse who develops feelings for Justin. As of right now, the role is only expected to last for one episode. (E!)

— Meanwhile, Odette Yustman’s You Again co-star, Kristin Chenoweth is headed back to Glee as April Rhodes later this season and will be stripping. (E!)

Family Guy will air a special hour-long Christmas episode this season, titled Road to the North Pole, which will include three musical numbers. Brian takes Stewie to the mall to meet Santa Claus, but get stuck in a long line. When it is time for Stewie’s turn to meet Santa, he goes on a break. Naturally, Stewie gets upset and heads to the North Pole with Brian to kill him. (TV Guide)

Big Bang Theory’s got Eliza Dushku appearing on the seventh episode this season, as an FBI agent who questions Wolowitz’s friends so he can get top-secret security clearance. (TV Guide)

Spotted: Gossip Girl‘s Blake Lively and Sam Page (Mad Men, Desperate Housewives, All My Children) on set in Manhattan this past week. Looks like Serena’s gotten over both Dan and Nate.
