Greenlee tells Madison that she knows that she’s pregnant. Kendall kicks Ryan out of the house. Fankie and Randi are overprotective of Madison. Kendall tries to gain some independence. Jake and Cara make an effort to co-exist at the hospital. Greenlee contemplates telling Ryan the truth. Bianca leads Kendall to a Christmas gift that Zach got her.
