Lonely Island-produced Alone Together’s second season will premiere on ABC Spark this Wednesday, August 1, at 8 p.m. with two back-to-back episodes.

Series exec producers, writers and stars Esther Povitsky and Benji Aflalo star as two best friends whose “odd friendship” continues to baffle everyone around them as they continue to find their place in L.A., juggling odd jobs, their love lives, and aspirations of social status.

The comedy has lined up some great guest stars for its new season, including Fran Drescher (The Nanny) as Esther’s perfectly coiffed, tastefully made up, mother; Carmen Electra (Baywatch) as Tia, a beautiful and mysterious woman who seduces Benji; Natasha Leggero (Chelsea Lately) as Nora, a poised and successful woman that Esther meets at the gym; Hana Mae Lee (Pitch Perfect) as Gigi, a wild partying goth who meets Benji at a concert; Danny Puddi (Community) and Abby Elliott (Saturday Night Live) as husband and wife Chris and Megan, whose boringness is thrown off by Esther and Benji’s eccentricity; Nicole Sullivan (MadTV) as Becky, a writer that has to work with Esther and Benji; Kay Cannon (Blockers) as television AD Danielle, who displaces Benji.

Edgar Blackmon also appears as Esther and Benji’s friend Jeff while Chris D’Elia and Ginger Gonzaga appear as Benji’s brother and sister, Dean and Alia. Kevin from Work’s Punam Patel will recur this season as Tara, Esther’s friend from acting class six years ago.

Alone Together airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. & 8:30 p.m. on ABC Spark in Canada and on Freeform in the U.S.
