Hosting the 2025 Canada’s Walk of Fame Induction Gala are two dynamic personalities: Arisa Cox, the beloved face of Big Brother Canada, and Madison Tevlin, who charmed audiences in the film Champions. I had the pleasure of chatting with this vibrant duo about how their friendship blossomed, their immediate on-stage chemistry, and what fans can expect from them. We also got into their must-watch TV recommendations and a potential future team-up that will have you cheering!
You are both hosting tonight – how did you two become friends and find your groove together?
Madison: I’ll start this! When we met at the Canadian Screen Awards, right away I knew that we’d be best friends forever! It was the first day that I got to meet Arisa in person. It’s kind of nice playing off her energy, and I’m excited to host with her tonight.
Did you ever watch her on Big Brother Canada?
Arisa: No! She’s too fancy for that!
Madison: [Laughs]
Arisa: Listen, Madison is amazing. You know me as very high energy…
Madison: I’m the same way as her!
Arisa: She’s really the same!
Arisa, did you see Champions?
Arisa: I haven’t seen Champions yet!
Madison: What’s the matter with you? She needs to get up to my level. [Laughs]
Arisa: Only clips! Trailers… I know what I’m doing tonight.
Madison: You’re going to watch the movie.
Arisa: And you’re going to watch Big Brother Canada.
You’ll have 12 seasons to watch!
Arisa: Many seasons. He’ll tell you which ones! We met and it was like we’ve known each other for a really long time. I’m just excited to go up and have fun.
Madison: Same!
Arisa: We’re going to have fun tonight!
Madison: We’re going to go have fun and make other people have fun with us.
Arisa: Yes!
