Performers include City and Colour, Avril Lavigne (her boyfriend Brody Jenner is also in town), Down With Webster, Far East Movement ft. Dev, Fefe Dobson, Simple Plan and Lady Gaga. Presenters include The Vampire Diaries’ Nina Dobrev, Ian Somerhalder and Kat Graham, Pretty Little Liars’ Shay Mitchell, The Big Bang Theories’ Johnny Galecki, 90210’s Trevor Donovan, Degressi’s Munro Chambers as well as Shawn Desman, Classified, Marianas Trench, Blake McGrath, Cody Simpson, Danny Fernandes, Colin Farrell, Karl Wolf, the Midway State, David Guetta and Snoop Dog.
There are also reports that Justin Bieber has just arrived to join his girlfriend and host, Selena Gomez at the awards.
