While some of our favourite shows are on hiatus (The Mindy Project), that doesn’t mean it’s all reruns. Here’s a look at some shows worth checking out this week, including How I Met Your Mother‘s 200th episode and Rashida Jones Rob Lowe‘s final Parks & Rec ep.

In the 200th episode, “The Mother” recounts how she met Ted and what she’s been up to in the past eight years. Rachel Bilson returns as Cindy.

surburgatorySuburgatory (Wednesday, January 29 at 8:30 p.m. on ABC; Thursday at 10 p.m. on City)
Tessa is concerned when George lets himself go after his break-up with Dallas so she calls upon her grandfather to help. Meanwhile, Tessa also learns that Ryan (Parker Young) is coming home to visit and that he’s bringing his new girlfriend. Natasha Leggero guest stars.

parks and recreationParks & Recreation (Thursday, January 30 at 8:30 p.m. on City & NBC)
Leslie throws a goodbye party for Ann and Chris. Tom, Ben, Ron and Andy struggle to find the perfect going away gift for Chris. This marks Rob Lowe (Chris) and Rashida Jones’ (Ann) final appearance as regular cast members.

the crazy onesThe Crazy Ones (Thursday, January 30 at 9 p.m. on City and CBS)
After the agency’s new research analyst defeats Simon in a creativity contest, Zach and Andrew work together to help Simon get his groove back. Sydney worries that her attachment to a cat will rein her chances with future human relationships.

bittenBitten (Saturday, February 1 at 9 p.m. on Space)
Elena and Clay realize they there is an organized plot against the pack.
