True-crime saga Welcome to Chippendales premieres this Tuesday, November 22 with two episodes on Disney+ in Canada (under the Star banner), the same day it premieres in the U.S. on Hulu.
The miniseries is based on the book Deadly Dance: The Chippendales Murders and stars Kumail Nanjiani as Somen “Steve” Banerjee, an Indian immigrant who became the unlikely founder of the world’s greatest male-stripping empire.
Welcome to Chippendales also stars Murray Bartlett (White Lotus), Juliette Lewis (Yellowjackets), and Annaleigh Ashford (B Positive) and includes recurring guest stars Quentin Plair, Robin de Jesus, Andrew Rannells (Girls), Nicola Peltz Beckham (Bates Motel) and Dan Stevens (Downton Abbey).
Following this week’s 2-episode premiere, new episodes will be released to stream weekly each Tuesday.
