Today's later watercooler buzz includes Sofia Vergara guest starring on Family Guy, ABC moving Suburgatory to a new time and check out Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David getting coffee.

Sofia Vergara will guest star on Family Guy‘s season premiere (airing Sep. 30th) along with Johnny Depp, Ryan Reynolds and Kellan Lutz. Vergara will play Peter’s fantasy love interest.

— Speaking of Modern Family, the adult cast (minus Ed O’Neill) are suing the series producer, 20th Century Fox, over a salary dispute.

— ABC will move Suburgatory to the 9:30 p.m. slot on Wednesdays. (Neighbors will now air at 8:30 p.m.)

Mindy Kaling will be back on The Office for two episodes, including the season premiere. I’m glad we’ll be able to say goodbye to Kelly Kapoor before The Mindy Project starts.

— TBS is developing a new late-night companion series to Conan starring comedian and writer Pete Holmes.

— MTV is reviving House of Style.

Michael Trucco (Battlestar Galactica and One Tree Hill) will return to How I Met Your Mother to cause some trouble for Barney and Robin…Trucco appeared a couple of seasons ago as a “crush” of Robin’s.

David Walton (Bent, Perfect Couples) will appear on New Girl as Jess’ new love interest.

— Despite Community‘s reduced episode order, a move to Friday and the exit of their showrunner, NBC hopes that the show can continue and the fans will still get the “same show that they have from the beginning.”

— There’s a Minka Kelly sex tape out there somewhere.

Larry David is Jerry Seinfeld‘s first guest (naturally) for Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee:
