Canadians hoping to catch the second season of Animal Kingdom — we’ve got news!
Animal Kingdom’s second season will premiere on Wednesday, September 20, at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. In the U.S., the series debuted its 13-episode sophomore season on May 30 and will wrap on August 29, on TNT.
The Cody clan is back to their old ways as the new season premieres as they are in the midst of a fun, high-adrenaline heist — but when things don’t go as planned, the family dynamics become more fractures than ever as some members want to get their independence from Smurf (Ellen Barkin). Meanwhile, a threat from Smurf’s past comes back to haunt her.
In addition to Barkin, the series also stars Scott Speedman (Bay), Shawn Hatosy (Pope), Ben Robson (Craig), Jake Weary (Deran), Finn Cole (Jay) and Molly Gordon (Nicky). Joining the series are recurring stars Jennifer Landon (As the World Turns), Alex Meraz and Tembi Locke.
Animal Kingdom was renewed for a third season on July 28, which will likely premiere in 2018.
