With its third season set to premiere tonight (July 9) on SundanceTV in the U.S., the American cable network announced that the critically acclaimed series would return for its fourth season in 2016. The exact number of episodes in season four have yet to be determined, seasons two and three consist of 10 while the freshman season included six.

As with previous seasons, episodes will be available for streaming on Netflix in Canada each Friday, following their it’s airing on SundanceTV in the U.S.

Here are some photos of the season three premiere as well as the official description. They haven’t released any of Daniel from the first episode… Maybe to avoid spoilers?

Season three of the hour-long drama picks up where season two left off, on the afternoon of Daniel’s (Aden Young) plea deal. Will the deal be accepted? Will Daniel be forced to leave town? And when the body of a missing person is discovered, law enforcement once again turns to him for answers. As Daniel’s sister Amantha (Abigail Spencer) attempts to live her own life, she is given an opportunity at a local store that for the first time in a long time has nothing to do with her brother. Meanwhile, Tawney (Adelaide Clemens) and Ted Jr. (Clan Crawford) struggle to see if their marriage has a future. Janet (J. Smith Cameron) and Ted Sr. (Bruce McKinnon), also under the pressure from Daniel’s actions, will find their marriage is put to the test as well.

Luke Kirby also stars as Jon (Daniel’s lawyer and Amantha’s boyfriend) while Jake Austin Walker appears as Jared, Daniel’s younger half-brother.

Ray McKinnon, the show’s writer and creator, serves as executive producer along with Mark Johnson and Melissa Bernstein (Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul).
