Looks like we’ll have to wait a little longer to watch the second season of The Bear in Canada, Chef…
The 10-episode second season of the hit Hulu series The Bear will begin streaming in Canada on Wednesday, July 19.
The new season, which premieres in the U.S. on Thursday, June 22, follows Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto (Jeremy Allen White), Sydney Adamu (Ayo Edebiri) and Richard “Richie” Jerimovich (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) as they work to transform their grimy sandwich joint into a next-level spot. As they strip the restaurant down to its bones, the crew undertakes transformational journeys of their own, each forced to confront the past and reckon with who they want to be in the future.
They’ll soon find out that the only thing harder than running a restaurant is opening a new one, and the team must juggle the insane bureaucracy of permits and contractors with the beauty and creativity agony of menu planning.
Look for the transition to bring a newfound focus on hospitality – as the entire staff is forced to come together in new ways, pushing the boundaries of their abilities and relationships, as they learn what it means to be in service, both to the diners and each other.
The Bear also stars Abby Elliot as Natalie “Sugar” Berzatto, Lionel Boyce as Marcus, Liza Colón-Zayas as Tina, and Canadian Matty Matheson as Neil Fak.
